According to VietNamNet, from 3-5pm this afternoon (September 6), along Sam Son beach, there were many tourists swimming even though the sky was covered with dark clouds and it started to rain.

A tourist said they had booked in advance. Before the storm hit, the group took the opportunity to swim and take photos.

A lifeguard here said that despite being notified of a beach ban, tourists still went to the beach. Lifeguards had to keep a close watch and constantly call tourists to come ashore to ensure safety.

Some pictures of tourists swimming carefree in the sea before the storm hit.
