According to the People's Committee of Bao Yen district, the process of carrying out the inventory and counting still encountered some difficulties and problems such as: Some families received land transfers but did not complete the procedures according to regulations; built houses on agricultural land; planted trees with density exceeding the regulations.
In addition, the current status of all forest land measured is different from the land use right certificate; some households do not have an extract to issue a land recovery notice.
In the coming time, Bao Yen district will continue to direct specialized departments, relevant units and the Party Committee and the government of Cam Con commune to actively remove difficulties and obstacles, promote propaganda, dialogue, and mobilize the remaining households to agree to complete compensation, site clearance, and handover to the construction unit to ensure the set schedule.
