Security for the construction of the Ham Nghi section of the expressway.

To ensure the progress of the North-South expressway project, Cam Xuyen district ( Ha Tinh province) has implemented a construction protection plan from Km530+800 to Km531+100, passing through land plot number 58 on map sheet number 32, in accordance with legal regulations.

On the morning of October 6th, the People's Committee of Cam Xuyen district organized security for the construction of the North-South Expressway Eastern section, phase 2021-2025 (Ham Nghi - Vung Ang component project), specifically the section from Km530+800 to Km531+100, passing through plot number 58 on map sheet number 32, related to Ms. Hoang Thi Sao in Thien No village, Cam Quan commune.

Pham Hoang Anh, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cam Xuyen District, propagated, mobilized, and persuaded Ms. Hoang Thi Sao to comply with the law and not obstruct the construction of the North-South expressway project.

Plot number 58, map sheet number 32, owned by Mr. Nguyen Huu Hien (Cam Nam commune, Cam Xuyen district), has an area of ​​over 8,070 ^m² (land for production forest planting) subject to land acquisition and clearance, but the assets on the land are owned by Ms. Hoang Thi Sao (Thien No village, Cam Quan commune, Cam Xuyen district).

During the land clearance process, the local authorities compensated and provided land support to Mr. Nguyen Huu Hien. Compensation and support payments for assets on the land belonging to Ms. Hoang Thi Sao were also approved by Cam Xuyen district; efforts were made to persuade Ms. Sao to sign for the money. However, Ms. Hoang Thi Sao refused to sign for the money to hand over the land for the project and instead filed a complaint, demanding compensation and support for the land.

Authorities are dismantling the farmhouse – a property located on forest land that does not qualify for support – belonging to Ms. Hoang Thi Sao.

After much persuasion and negotiation, on the afternoon of October 5, 2023, Ms. Hoang Thi Sao agreed to sign for compensation and support according to the approved plan, but continued to demand compensation for the farm building. This property was built on forest land after July 1, 2014, and therefore does not qualify for compensation and support under Decision No. 34/2018/QD-UBND dated October 2, 2018, of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province, amending and supplementing some provisions on compensation, support, and resettlement policies when the State recovers land in the province.

To ensure the progress of the North-South expressway project, this morning (October 6th), the People's Committee of Cam Xuyen district mobilized forces and machinery to implement construction protection measures in accordance with the law.

Authorities are involved in protecting the construction of the North-South expressway project across plot number 58, map sheet number 32, which is related to Ms. Hoang Thi Sao in Thien No village, Cam Quan commune.

During the construction site protection operation, the Compensation, Support, and Resettlement Council for the North-South Expressway project in Cam Xuyen district continued to inform Ms. Hoang Thi Sao about the regulations and policies on compensation, support, and resettlement when the State acquires land. At the same time, they propagated and encouraged Ms. Hoang Thi Sao to comply with the regulations and not obstruct the construction of this key project. As a result, the forces carrying out the task did not encounter any obstruction.

The construction protection for the North-South Expressway Eastern section, phase 2021-2025 (Ham Nghi - Vung Ang component project), specifically the section from Km530+800 to Km531+100, passing through land plot No. 58 on map sheet No. 32, proceeded smoothly, thereby contributing to ensuring construction safety according to the approved design and guaranteeing the project's progress.
