Storm No. 10 (international name Pabuk) will weaken into a tropical depression in the next 24 hours. Although it will have little impact on the mainland, the storm's circulation combined with cold air will cause heavy rain in many places from Da Nang to the south.

The strongest wind near the center of the storm is level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10; moving in the West Southwest direction, speed 5-10 km/h.
In the next 24 hours, the storm will maintain its direction and speed of movement and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. However, the storm’s circulation combined with the northeast monsoon would cause rain in the Central and South Central regions, the Eastern Central Highlands and the Southeast.
