This is an activity within the framework of the project "Love Vietnam" implemented by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with technology partners to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and to promote historical and cultural sites across the country, contributing to promoting tourism development in Vietnam.
In Quang Ngai, the project is implemented at 3 locations including: Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House in Ly Son island district (a typical tourist destination of the province); Ba To Uprising Museum (Special National Monument - Site of the Ba To Uprising) in Ba To mountainous district; Sa Huynh Culture Exhibition House (Special National Monument of Sa Huynh Culture) in Duc Pho town.
Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House on Ly Son Island
Ly Son, the island known as “paradise in the middle of the ocean”, is not only famous for its famous onion and garlic specialties throughout the country, but it also contains many successive cultural layers: Sa Huynh-Cham Pa-Dai Viet.
In particular, when coming to Ly Son, visitors cannot miss an extremely important and sacred historical and cultural site of the Fatherland, which is the Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House.

The Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House is located on an airy campus, in front of which stands a cluster of monuments made of green stone standing tall, majestic and dignified.
This monument cluster is the incarnation of famous commanders of the time such as Phu Nhuan Marquis Vo Van Phu, Hoi Nghia Marquis Vo Van Khiet, Chief of the Navy Pham Van Nguyen, Chief of the Navy Pham Huu Nhat, Chief of the Navy Pham Van Bien... whose names were recorded in history along with the soldiers of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa armies in the past.

Along with the monument cluster is the Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House displaying authentic and scientific images and documents, affirming Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.
Thereby, raising awareness and responsibility of cadres and people, especially the young generation today and tomorrow, in following their ancestors to firmly maintain the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland's sea and islands in the East Sea.
All the images and documents displayed at the Hoang Sa Bac Hai Fleet Exhibition House are divided into three main contents: Ly Son-Tinh Ky-Quang Ngai, the homeland of the Hoang Sa heroic fleet that manages Truong Sa; the activities of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa heroic fleet and the respect of the people of Ly Son island district in particular and the people of the whole country in general for the Hoang Sa heroic fleet that manages Truong Sa; promoting the tradition of the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa fleet, our people continue to exercise sovereignty over the two archipelagos of Hoang Sa and Truong Sa.
Special national monument - site of the Ba To Uprising
The complex of relic sites of the Ba To Uprising is located in the communes of Ba Vinh, Ba Dong, Ba Thanh and Ba To town (Ba To district) including 11 relic sites: Lieng River; Nuoc Nang Brick Kiln; House of comrade Tran Quy Hai; Suoi Loa watchtower; Ba To Station; Inspectorate; Ba To Stadium; Hang En Beach; Buon Wharf; Nuoc La-Hang Voot Rep War Zone; Cao Muon Mountain War Zone.

The Ba To Uprising Museum is currently preserving and displaying 150 artifacts, 85 images, and 26 valuable documents related to the Ba To Uprising and the Ba To Guerrilla Team. This is a red address for educating the young generation about patriotism and contributing to clearly portraying the image of the resilient and indomitable Vietnamese people in the struggle for national liberation.
Special National Monument of Sa Huynh Culture
Sa Huynh culture, one of the three typical cultures of Vietnam, is not only valuable for Vietnam but also typical for the whole Southeast Asia region, and has international value. With the special historical values of Sa Huynh culture, on December 29, 2022, the Prime Minister issued a Decision to rank the Sa Huynh culture as a special national relic in Duc Pho town.

The relic includes 6 protected locations, namely: Long Thanh location, also known as Ma Vuong Mound, Long Thanh 2 village (Pho Thanh ward); Phu Khuong location, Phu Long village (Pho Khanh commune); Thanh Duc location, Thanh Duc 2 village (Pho Thanh ward), where M.Vinet first discovered the jar burial area in 1909, marking the year of the first discovery of Sa Huynh culture in our country; Champa relic complex; An Khe lagoon location and An Khe creek-Cua Lo river.

The above relic sites create a living space, human ecology of the ancient Sa Huynh residents, followed by the Cham-pa residents and later Dai Viet, who left many relics on the ground and underground. This is a rare historical, ecological, cultural and humanistic space, very valuable and in need of protection.
The Sa Huynh Culture Exhibition House currently displays 700 valuable artifacts, images, and documents, and is an interesting place to visit and learn about the civilization that existed 2,000-3,000 years ago.
At the above locations, the project "Love Vietnam" has deployed the installation of chip-mounted panels designed in two colors, yellow and red, inspired by the Vietnamese national flag and can operate automatically without a power source.
Here, visitors using their phones to interact with the NFC chip-equipped board will be certified to have checked in at the location, save personal photos, and receive useful information about the location, monument or destination.

Each chip-embedded board will provide stories, images, videos or 3D models of the location or monument where the chip-embedded board is located; at the same time, it provides search, navigation and information features to explore tourist destinations at the current location and neighboring areas. When visitors experience all the chip-embedded points in a locality, they will receive gifts from the program and a digital certificate upon completion of their exploration there.
According to Mr. Tran Minh Tuan, Head of the “Love Vietnam” Project, Phygital Labs Joint Stock Company, the project aims to promote historical and cultural sites and destinations across the country, from Ha Giang to Ca Mau; create unique discovery experiences for tourists, support and promote tourism in localities as well as the whole country.

In the near future, the project will develop new challenging games for tourists to check-in, as well as optimize features to serve tourism such as: guiding and supporting the flow of visitors to other locations when a location is too crowded; informing visitors of important events in localities... The project will also standardize content to translate into other languages, contributing to promoting and introducing Vietnamese tourism to the world.

According to the leader of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province, the use of this NFC chip board will be one of the tools for the province to implement its digital transformation strategy, combining official information and data with technology and creative ideas to vividly and effectively promote important historical and cultural events and local tourism products.
