Following the success of the first contest, the second "Sacred National Flag" photo contest launched by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper attracted a large number of readers.

From more than 1,100 entries by more than 300 authors nationwide, the Organizing Committee selected nearly 300 photos to publish in 41 issues.
From July 4 to 14, the preliminary judging panel evaluated and scored the entries, selecting the 15 entries with the highest scores to enter the final round.
As a result, the 15 works entered the final round as follows:

9. Love between army and people (Nguyen Huu Thong)
10. Check in Dinosaur Life (Nguyen Minh Dan)
11. Photo collection Colors of the Fatherland (Ho Thanh Tho)
12. Photo album of the flag-raising ceremony in Hai Thach - Moc Tinh (Nguyen A)
13. Photo collection Eastern Spirit (Nguyen Trung Truc)
14. Sewing the National Flag (Nguyen Xuan Thao)

The award ceremony is expected to take place at the end of July 2023.
