Accordingly, the District Labor Federation has called on trade unions of agencies, units and enterprises to organize propaganda activities, mobilize cadres, union members and workers to actively study, improve their professional skills, cultivate their mettle, innovate their working style, and improve their integration skills. Continue to effectively implement emulation movements, innovate, have many initiatives, improve techniques, apply modern technology to production, contribute to increasing labor productivity, work efficiency, and improve the operational efficiency of agencies, units and enterprises.

Trade unions at all levels continue to advise, propose, and coordinate with Party committees and authorities to organize activities to care for, support, and express gratitude to union members and workers such as: visiting, giving gifts, and supporting workers in difficult circumstances, taking care of the material and spiritual lives of workers. At the same time, coordinate with business owners to effectively implement the Labor Safety and Hygiene Month; proactively deploy measures to ensure labor safety and hygiene at the workplace. Mobilize union members and workers to strictly follow labor discipline, effectively carry out the movement to build safe, green - clean - beautiful agencies, units, and enterprises, and join hands to protect the environment.

Volleyball teams compete after the launching ceremony

After the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee opened the 12th April Traditional Volleyball Tournament in 2025. The tournament had nearly 150 athletes who are officials, civil servants, public employees and workers of 18 teams from agencies, units, businesses and schools in the district.

On this occasion, Bao Lam District Labor Federation presented 15 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at agencies and enterprises in the area.
