Tourist areas with many experiential activities attract visitors.

Inspections and reviews will be conducted on many important aspects of tourism business operations. Specifically, units will check the declaration and posting of prices, fee collection, and fulfillment of financial obligations of each tourist area, attraction, agricultural tourism site, as well as cafes that sell tickets and charge fees for sightseeing and photography. In particular, units will have to check the collection of fees for drinking water at fixed prices in the area. In addition, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will review tourist areas and attractions to add new establishments or remove those that are no longer operating.

This activity aims not only to improve the effectiveness of state management in tourism but also to comply with legal regulations and the province's tourism development orientation. Lam Dong , with its cool climate and stunning natural landscapes, has become one of the most attractive tourist destinations in Vietnam. However, the rapid development of the tourism industry also poses many challenges, including managing service quality and protecting the rights of tourists.

Inspections and reviews will help detect and promptly address violations in tourism business operations, thereby ensuring that businesses comply with legal regulations on investment, construction, registration, and operation of tourism businesses. This will not only improve service quality but also build trust among tourists visiting Lam Dong.

According to statistics, Lam Dong province currently has approximately 112 tourist areas and attractions, including 1 national tourist area, 2 provincial-level tourist areas, and 15 tourist sites that have been officially recognized under the Tourism Law. In addition, there are 94 other areas and sites that have not yet been officially recognized. This diversity demonstrates Lam Dong's great potential for tourism development, but also places high demands on management and service quality control.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, one of the biggest challenges currently is that some tourism businesses are not complying with regulations on pricing and service quality. This not only affects the tourist experience but also diminishes the reputation of Lam Dong's tourism industry. Therefore, strengthening inspections and reviews is necessary to ensure transparent and fair operations. In addition, raising awareness among businesses about the importance of complying with legal regulations is also crucial. Businesses need guidance and support to properly implement regulations, thereby creating a healthy and sustainable business environment.

Strengthening inspections and reviews of tourism businesses in Lam Dong not only helps improve service quality but also ensures the rights of tourists, while promoting the sustainable development of the province's tourism industry. With these efforts, Lam Dong hopes to continue affirming its position as one of the leading tourist destinations in Vietnam, attracting more and more domestic and international tourists.
