On April 4, Comrade Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province, chaired the meeting with the agencies of the Internal Affairs and Mass Mobilization sectors of the province in the first quarter of 2025. Attending the meeting were members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee.

According to the report at the Conference, in the first quarter of 2025, Party committees and authorities at all levels focused on leading and directing drastic and synchronous political tasks, especially socio-economic development, caring for people's lives and ensuring social security. Thereby, it has contributed positively to the results of implementing the socio-economic development goals of the province. Specifically: total state budget revenue reached over 5,100 billion VND, an increase of 24% over the same period last year. Social security work continued to receive attention, including housing support for 92% of households according to the plan.

Comrade Pham Van Tho, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, spoke at the Conference.

The provincial Internal Affairs Sector has proactively advised on the effective implementation of tasks related to national defense, security, judicial reform, and the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity. Political security and social order and safety continue to be maintained. Investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments are carried out in accordance with regulations; traffic accidents have decreased in all three criteria.

The Inspectorate organized 91 inspections, recommended handling of over 4 billion VND in financial matters, and transferred a case with signs of crime to the investigation agency. The work of receiving citizens and resolving complaints and denunciations was carried out in accordance with regulations. The entire sector received over 1,000 citizens, down nearly 4% compared to the same period.

The mass mobilization system at all levels has proactively grasped the people's situation, done a good job of propaganda and mobilization, effectively implemented patriotic emulation movements, digital transformation, the program of "eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses", and building a friendly government.

The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations play a good role in representing, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people.

Concluding the Conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the sense of responsibility, proactiveness, and effective coordination among the agencies. He requested the agencies of the Internal Affairs sector to continue to improve the quality of investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; speed up the settlement of complicated and prolonged administrative and civil cases. At the same time, strengthen the fight against corruption and waste; tighten administrative discipline and order; and carefully prepare for the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the Central Government's policy.

The Mass Mobilization Bloc needs to proactively grasp the situation of the people, ethnic groups, and religions; strengthen coordination between the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, especially in carrying out tasks of arranging administrative units and building a streamlined government apparatus.
