People's Police Newspaper and Young Pioneers and Children Newspaper signed a cooperation program.

According to the cooperation program, CAND Newspaper and TNTP&ND Newspaper will jointly organize the contest "My beloved police officer", practically aiming to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Forces' Traditional Day. Communicate, spread, highlight the role and beautiful image of police officers in all fields of work in performing the task of ensuring national security and maintaining social order and safety.

The two units also organize activities to familiarize children with skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, traffic safety, security and order, warning stories and field trips; organize various types of summer camps for children to train them in a disciplined lifestyle. Organize the publication of warning stories, books on information technology skills, network security, equip children with a system of books on self-defense skills and experiences when facing dangers such as fires, explosions, kidnappings, fraud in real life as well as on social networks...

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General, writer, journalist Pham Khai, member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Editor-in-Chief of CAND Newspaper, emphasized that CAND Newspaper determined that the signing ceremony of the cooperation program between CAND Newspaper and TNTP&ND Newspaper has important significance in the work of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on protecting children's rights; contributing to educating students about the glorious tradition of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force.

Thereby, helping students better understand the role, functions, tasks and great contributions of the police force in protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety; arousing in students love and respect for police officers; forming awareness of law enforcement, contributing to building a good life; creating a useful and healthy playground for students.

The Editor-in-Chief expressed: “We believe that the signing of the cooperation program today will not only serve the propaganda and education work for students and guide public opinion, but also create conditions for the two units to have more opportunities to strengthen their connection, cooperation and coordination in the coming time, thereby successfully completing their political and professional tasks and meeting practical requirements.”

On this occasion, the two editorial offices can combine to produce press works for students about the beautiful image of the People’s Public Security Forces with their silent achievements. Emphasizing that the signing ceremony marks an important step in coordinating propaganda work between the two units, the Editor-in-Chief of TNTP&ND Newspaper affirmed that the two newspapers will bring more activities and useful press products to students.
