The Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Committee reviews draft resolutions.

Attending the meeting were comrade Le Thi Thanh Tra, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

The meeting reviewed 4 draft resolutions, including: Regulations on social assistance levels for social protection beneficiaries cared for and nurtured at social assistance facilities in Tuyen Quang province; Regulations on health insurance contribution levels for people infected with HIV in Tuyen Quang province for the period 2025 - 2030; Abolishing Resolution No. 08, dated July 4, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council regulating prices for medical examination and treatment services not covered by the Health Insurance Fund but not medical examination and treatment services upon request in state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Tuyen Quang province; Regulations on specific prices for medical examination and treatment services in the list paid by the Health Insurance Fund; specific prices for medical examination and treatment services paid by the state budget; Specific prices for medical examination and treatment services not included in the list paid by the Health Insurance Fund but not medical examination and treatment services upon request for state-owned medical examination and treatment facilities under the management of Tuyen Quang province"

Delegates requested the drafting agency to provide more information and related legal bases; clarify many contents and figures in the promulgated list; clearly define and demarcate policy beneficiaries to ensure rights and fairness.

Concluding the review contents, Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue requested the drafting units to absorb the delegates' comments; review and update legal regulations to adjust, supplement, and unify information and data, and complete the content of the draft resolutions to ensure completeness, strictness, and suitability to practical conditions, and submit them to competent authorities for consideration and decision at the 9th Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.
