According to information from major brokers, Continental Tower Building No. 81 - 83 - 83B - 85 Ham Nghi Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City is being offered for sale at a price of more than 2,000 billion VND.

This building is located right at the corner of Ham Nghi and Pasteur, the most prime location in the center of District 1, with a land area of 1,124 m2 (32m x 36m), a construction area of 961.5 m2, and a total floor area of 20,528.7 m2.
The building has 2 basements, 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine, 18 floors, and a fully completed terrace.
This is a building invested in by Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade and Investment Development Joint Stock Company (code FDC) from 2025 and when put into operation in 2008, it was named Fideco Tower. In 2015, the building was transferred, renamed Continental Tower and leased as office space according to class B standards.
Brokers said the transfer of the building was agreed upon by the shareholders. The building owners used bank loans of more than VND1,000 billion.
Currently, Continental Tower Building is branded Doji by Doji Gold and Gemstone Group in a prominent position, so it is also known as Doji Tower Ham Nghi.
