Continental Tower, located on Ham Nghi Street, is being offered for sale for over 2 trillion VND.

According to major real estate brokers, the Continental Tower building at 81-83-83B-85 Ham Nghi Street, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, is being offered for sale at a price exceeding 2 trillion VND.

The building, which opened in 2008, was named Fideco Tower.

This building is located right at the corner of Ham Nghi and Pasteur streets, in the most prime location in the heart of District 1. The land area is 1,124 m2 (32m x 36m), the construction area is 961.5 m2, and the total floor area is 20,528.7 m2.

The building, with its structure comprising 2 basements, 1 ground floor, 1 mezzanine, 18 floors, and a rooftop, has been fully completed.

This building was constructed by the Ho Chi Minh City Foreign Trade and Investment Development Joint Stock Company (FDC) starting in 2025 and was named Fideco Tower when it opened in 2008. In 2015, the building was transferred, renamed Continental Tower, and leased as Class B office space.

According to brokers, the transfer of ownership of the building has been agreed upon by the shareholders. The building's owners have used bank loans exceeding 1 trillion VND.

Currently, the Continental Tower, bearing the Doji brand of the Doji Gold, Silver and Gemstone Group, is prominently displayed, and is therefore also known as Doji Tower Ham Nghi.
