On the afternoon of March 6th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province held its 3rd conference to consult on the election and replacement of committee members and the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, 11th term, 2024-2029.
Mr. Mau Van Phi, Provincial Party Committee member and former Secretary of the Khanh Vinh District Party Committee, Khanh Hoa province, has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province; Mr. Phan Thanh Liem, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor; Mr. Dinh Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command; and Mr. Duong Nam Khanh, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society, have joined the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, 11th term, 2024-2029, to replace personnel who have retired or transferred to other positions. Improving the quality of social monitoring and criticism.
According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tung, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province, in 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lang Son province will continue to effectively implement the regulations of the Party and the laws of the State on social supervision and criticism in accordance with the spirit of the 2015 Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front; and Directive No. 18, dated October 26, 2022, of the Party Central Committee on promoting the role and improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations. At the same time, it will improve the quality of summarizing opinions and recommendations of voters and the people to promptly reflect them to Party and State agencies; and promote the role of the people in contributing to building a clean and strong Party and State. Phu Ninh ( Quang Nam ): Efforts to eradicate poverty.
Over the years, the Phu Ninh district government in Quang Nam province has focused on implementing various measures to improve the quality of life for its people, ensuring social security; and effectively mobilizing and utilizing human resources to serve the socio-economic development process in the area.
After many years of construction, the house of Ms. Nguyen Thi Cam's family had deteriorated, posing a safety risk during the rainy and stormy season. In mid-May 2024, Ms. Cam and her husband were finally able to build a new house after receiving approval for repair support under Resolution No. 13 dated September 22, 2023, of the Provincial People's Council. With high determination, great effort, and decisive action, the Steering Committee for the Eradication of Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Hai Duong Province is implementing specific tasks to achieve the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses before June 30th. A reporter from Dai Doan Ket Newspaper had an interview with Mr. Nguyen Duc Tuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong Province.
With the active participation of the entire political system and the joint support of agencies, units, and businesses, the Steering Committee from the provincial to the commune level has focused on directing, leading, and decisively implementing the program to eliminate temporary housing. By March 2nd, the entire province had started construction on 1,146 out of 1,638 houses for households (reaching 70%). These spacious and sturdy houses have provided warmth to disadvantaged families, giving them renewed strength to overcome difficulties and rise out of poverty. (See details)
