On March 11, in Hanoi, the Party Congress of Dai Doan Ket Newspaper for the 2025-2027 term was solemnly held. On March 11, the Central Delegation of the Vietnam Veterans Association and 250 exemplary and outstanding veterans nationwide came to offer incense and flowers at the Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels Historical Relic Site, Ho Chi Minh City.

Support poor people in Thuong Tin district to build Great Solidarity houses
On March 11, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thuong Tin District (Hanoi) organized a handover of funds to build Great Solidarity houses for poor households in Nghiem Xuyen Commune. Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City Nguyen Lan Huong attended the ceremony.
With the view to provide the best support for households with housing difficulties, in recent years, Thuong Tin district has mobilized from many socialized sources the Fund for the Poor to build and repair houses. (See details)
Shelter for the poor
With the motto of State support, community assistance, and family contribution to build houses, in recent years, Son La province has effectively implemented the policy of supporting housing construction for poor households in difficult circumstances. Thereby, helping people have more motivation to strive to stabilize their lives, gradually reducing poverty sustainably.
Identifying the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Son La province as a key political task, districts and cities in the province are currently focusing on leading and directing the implementation right from the beginning of the year.
