The Government has just issued a Resolution of the regular Government meeting in November 2023. Accordingly, the Government assigned Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai to direct the State Bank and the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises to complete the handling of at least 2 to 3 weak banks and projects in 2023.

- Government approves nearly 2,700 billion VND industrial park in Ha Nam

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai has just signed Decision 1620/QD-TTg on the investment policy for the project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Kim Bang I Industrial Park (Kim Bang District, Ha Nam). The project to invest in the construction and business of infrastructure of Kim Bang I Industrial Park has a land use scale of 230 hectares, with a total investment capital of more than 2,653 billion VND (according to Tien Phong ).

- Nearly 10,000 illegal and unlicensed construction projects discovered in Hanoi

Mr. Vo Nguyen Phong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Construction, has just signed a report to the Hanoi People's Committee on the results of the inspection and review of compliance with legal regulations on granting construction permits and the construction order situation for types of housing projects, including: apartments, multi-apartment houses (mini-apartments), rental service businesses (lodging houses) and family houses combined with business and production with high risk of fire and explosion in the area. - Bank reduces 50% of house price in Hanoi's Old Quarter

Agribank announced the auction of the house at 19 Hang Chieu, Dong Xuan Ward, Hoan Kiem District. This is the collateral for the loan of Dai Viet Construction Trading Company Limited at Agribank Ha Thanh Branch.
