For enterprises with foreign direct investment (FDI), the highest bonus is 2.078 billion VND, the lowest is 400,000 VND, the average bonus is 6.5-12 million VND. For enterprises with domestic capital, the highest bonus is 250 million VND, the lowest is 500,000 VND, the average is 7.2-10 million VND (according to Tien Phong).
