Tri Ton District Party Committee Standing Committee evaluates political tasks in the first quarter of 2025

- On April 8, the Standing Committee of Tri Ton District Party Committee held a conference to evaluate the implementation of political tasks in the first quarter of 2025; directions and tasks for the coming time.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Tri Ton District Party Committee actively, proactively, and focused on leading and directing the serious implementation of the 2025 Resolution. Strengthening Party building and mass mobilization; performing well the tasks of socio -economic development, maintaining political security, social order and safety; promoting the implementation of national target programs; the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses (1,193/1,336 houses have been started).

The activities of Party committees at all levels have made many efforts, increasingly innovated and created in carrying out the political tasks of the sector, unit and locality, gradually improving the capacity of leadership, management and operation according to the requirements of the political tasks. The organization awarded Party badges to 23 comrades. Continued to implement Conclusion 250-KL/TU, dated January 23, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on adjusting the orientation plan and giving opinions on the draft Project on rearranging and streamlining the organization and apparatus of the political system of An Giang province...

Concluding the conference, Tri Ton District Party Secretary Lam Thanh Si requested the Steering Committee for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses at the district level and the members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee in charge of the area to regularly direct and inspect the progress of the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses; mobilize funding resources in line with the implementation progress, striving to start construction on April 15 and complete 100% of the target by June 15.

The Secretary of the Tri Ton District Party Committee also requested the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to focus on directing localities to be more proactive in preventing and fighting fires and forest fires; to prepare means and human resources for duty. On the other hand, to speed up the progress of construction projects, especially key projects of the district; to strengthen the work of ensuring political security - social order and safety.

In addition, the Secretary of the Tri Ton District Party Committee requested that heads of units need to grasp the thoughts, ideas, and aspirations of cadres and party members at the unit and locality in merging and rearranging administrative units. The District Party Committee's Organization Board, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, and relevant sectors quickly develop a project to rearrange administrative units, organize the apparatus, and political system of Tri Ton district to be streamlined, effective, and efficient. Organize implementation and report the results to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee on April 15, 2025.

At this meeting, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee agreed on the plan to organize a thematic session of the People's Council and the submissions for comments from the People's Council and the District People's Committee.
