On December 4, 2024, at the Lean meeting room, PTSC Corporation headquarters, the Youth Union of PTSC Corporation held a conference to review self-criticism and criticism of the Standing Committee and individual members of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Corporation. The event is of great significance, aiming to summarize and evaluate the results achieved in 2024 and orient the PTSC youth movement in the next period. Attending and directing the conference were comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, Former Secretary of the Youth Union of the Corporation.
Reporting at the Conference, Comrade Tran Hai Phuong - Secretary of the Youth Union of the Corporation presented the activities of PTSC Youth focusing on 3 main pillars: E - Environment - promoting environmental protection activities, demonstrating social responsibility; S - Social - taking care of the lives of union members, employees and their families; at the same time actively participating in social security programs, contributing to the community; G - Governance - focusing on improving professional capacity, encouraging innovation and pioneering in technology application, making practical contributions to the production and business activities and Party building work of the Corporation.
The conference took place in an open, frank, innovative, youthful and serious atmosphere. During the conference, comrade Tran Ngoc Chuong listened and shared his enthusiasm, frankness, but also full of encouragement, motivation and made many practical suggestions to help the Youth Union have more directions to operate more effectively, in line with the production and business situation of the Corporation as well as meet the expectations of the Board of Directors. He acknowledged the efforts and achievements of the PTSC Youth Union from the Corporation level to the grassroots unions in the past year, and pointed out the points that need further improvement. He also expressed his deep belief in the young generation of PTSC, expecting that the PTSC Youth Union with its pioneering and proactive mindset will continue to be the pioneer in emulation movements, innovation and creativity, contributing to the sustainable development journey of the Corporation. The conference took place successfully in the spirit of solidarity and high determination; Unifying the motto of action "One team, one goal", ready to welcome new challenges and opportunities for PTSC Youth ahead.
