BHG - On the afternoon of April 17, at the headquarters of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee met to discuss and agree on a plan to prepare for the merger between the two provinces. Comrades Hoang Dinh Phoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Phung Tien Quan, member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee co-chaired the meeting.

Implementing the direction of the Steering Committee for the merger of administrative units of Tuyen Quang and Ha Giang provinces, the Internal Affairs Committees of the two provincial Party Committees have proactively developed a merger plan, agreed on work contents and assigned specific tasks to each civil servant. Accordingly, the two Committees will hand over the status quo of human resources and assets to the headquarters in Tuyen Quang province. It is expected that after the merger, the two Committees will have about 40 civil servants, divided into 4 specialized departments according to regulations. The number of new leaders and managers after the arrangement will be arranged according to the instructions of the competent authority. For civil servants and contract workers, the current number will be kept and the leaders of the two Committees will arrange and assign tasks to perform professional tasks according to regulations, ensuring the progress and quality of assigned professional work is maintained without interruption.

Concluding the working session, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee Hoang Dinh Phoi and Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee Phung Tien stated: Based on the consensus on the general plan that has been developed, the civil servants of the two Committees will accelerate the progress of the merger, work with peace of mind, and complete all assigned tasks well; proactively and actively advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to lead and direct internal affairs, judicial reform, and prevent corruption, waste, and negativity, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety.
