The Economic-Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council reviewed documents submitted to the 7th thematic session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

On the afternoon of April 16, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Can - Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting to review documents submitted to the 7th thematic session of the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026. Mr. Nguyen Minh Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council attended.

The Economic-Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council met to review documents submitted to the 7th thematic session of the 10th Provincial People's Council.

The meeting to review the submission of the Provincial People's Committee on the issuance of a Resolution (NQ) on adjusting the investment policy of the Project "Urban development and enhancing climate change adaptation in Vinh Long city", co-funded by the World Bank (WB) and the Government of the Netherlands through the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) (Group A project); Resolution on promulgating the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province; Resolution amending Section II Part A and Part B Article 1 of Resolution No. 193 dated December 10, 2024 of the Provincial People's Council on the approval of the State budget revenue and local budget expenditure estimates in 2025; the plan for allocating provincial budget and additional amounts for lower-level budgets in 2025; Resolution on the decision to allocate the regular expenditure estimate of the state budget in 2025 from the additional central budget source for localities to implement the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty Reduction in 2025, detailing component projects.

At the same time, examine the report on the use of budget reserves and expenditure estimates that have been decided by the Provincial People's Council but have not yet been allocated in detail to agencies, units, and localities under the provincial budget in 2025; Report on the adjustment of budget estimates of some budget units; Report on the use of funds from the State budget for religious organizations, religious dignitaries, and religious officials operating in Vinh Long province in 2024 according to Resolution No. 157 dated December 10, 2015 of the Provincial People's Council; Report on the implementation results of the National Target Programs in 2024.
