Accordingly, the decision regulates the parking prices for rudimentary vehicles and similar vehicles; specialized motorbikes; motor vehicles and similar vehicles. Parking areas are regulated in relic areas, scenic spots, cultural works; areas where walking streets - night markets are organized; remaining areas (markets, medical facilities, schools, other parking facilities).

The price for parking services for rudimentary vehicles and similar vehicles ranges from 2,000 - 20,000 VND/time and from 15,000 - 250,000 VND/month; specialized motorbikes from 10,000 - 70,000 VND/time and from 100,000 - 800,000 VND/month; motor vehicles and similar vehicles from 4,000 - 90,000 VND/time and from 25,000 - 1.3 million VND/month depending on the type of vehicle, area and time of day or night parking.

Specifically, the price for parking motorbikes in relic areas, scenic spots, and cultural works is 4,000 VND/day, 6,000 VND/night, 60,000 VND/month; in areas where walking streets and night markets are organized, 6,000 VND/night, 30,000 VND/month; in the remaining areas, it is 3,000 VND/day, 5,000 VND/night, 25,000 VND/month.

Parking fee for cars carrying less than 10 people in relic areas, scenic spots, cultural works is 15,000 VND/daytime, 20,000 VND/nighttime, 250,000 VND/month; in areas where walking streets - night markets are organized, it is 15,000 VND/nighttime, 90,000 VND/month; in the remaining areas, it is 10,000 VND/daytime, 15,000 VND/nighttime, 170,000 VND/month...

Details of car parking service prices invested by state budget

The above prices include value added tax; the amount collected from the parking service is the unit's revenue. Service providers are responsible for fulfilling tax obligations to the State according to regulations; posting prices and publicly disclosing price information according to the law.

Previously, Hai Duong applied Decision 04/2018/QD-UBND on regulating vehicle parking service prices in Hai Duong province. The new decision provides more detailed regulations on vehicle types, parking areas and nighttime vehicle parking service prices for each vehicle type and parking area. Meanwhile, the old decision stipulates that nighttime vehicle parking is calculated at 1.5 times the daytime fee; the day and night parking fee is equal to the daytime fee plus the nighttime fee. According to the old regulation, the daytime vehicle parking fee is from 1,000 - 15,000 VND/time; 10,000 - 375,000 VND/month, lower than the new regulation.
