Signing the minutes of handover of the position of Political Commissar of the City Border Guard

Pursuant to Decision No. 68/QDD-BQP dated March 25, 2025 of the Minister of National Defense on the transfer of Colonel Pham Tung Lam, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Son La Provincial Border Guard Command; Colonel Ca Van Lap, former Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Son La Provincial Border Guard Command to hold the position of Political Commissar of the Hue City Border Guard Command.

At the conference, Colonel Pham Tung Lam, Political Commissar of Son La Provincial Border Guard, former Party Secretary - Political Commissar of Hue City Border Guard signed the minutes of handover of the position of Political Commissar to Colonel Ca Van Lap, Political Commissar of Hue City Border Guard; temporarily handing over the position of Party Secretary to Colonel Hoang Minh Hung, Deputy Party Secretary, Commander of Hue City Border Guard Command.

Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Van Thien, member of the Party Committee - Deputy Commander of the Border Guard, acknowledged the important contributions of Colonel Pham Tung Lam, who has held many positions, contributed his efforts and intelligence, and successfully completed all tasks in his assigned positions and responsibilities. At the same time, he hoped that in his new position, Colonel Pham Tung Lam would continue to strive, train, and promote his achievements, and successfully complete all assigned political tasks.

Congratulating the new Political Commissar of Hue City Border Guard, Major General Nguyen Van Thien requested Colonel Ca Van Lap, with his new position, responsibilities and tasks, to strengthen and expand relations with localities, forces, departments and branches of local authorities; coordinate in advising and proposing good implementation of military, national defense and border defense tasks; Party building work, internal work, and building a strong and comprehensive agency.
