Central Foreign Affairs Commission Disseminates and guides the implementation of projects and directives of the Secretariat on the Party's foreign affairs work.

On November 24, Comrade Le Hoai Trung, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee's External Relations Commission chaired a national online conference to disseminate and guide the implementation of Project No. 01-DA/TW dated March 3, 2022 of the Secretariat on strengthening and improving the effectiveness of the Party's external relations until 2025; Directive No. 12-CT/TW dated January 5, 2022 of the Secretariat on strengthening the Party's leadership and improving the effectiveness of people-to-people diplomacy in the new situation.

Attending at the provincial bridge point were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Long Bien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Chau Thi Thanh Ha, Secretary of the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City Party Committee; Huynh Tan Hanh, Director of the Provincial Police and leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities.

The conference thoroughly grasped the basic contents of Project No. 01-DA/TW and Directive No. 12-CT/TW of the Secretariat; emphasizing the results of the Party's foreign relations and people-to-people diplomacy in the past time; forecasting the situation and the Party's foreign affairs guidelines and policies in the new situation. Through the conference, the Central External Relations Commission requested all levels, sectors and localities to closely follow the guided contents, develop action programs and plans suitable to reality to effectively organize dissemination and implementation. The ministries, sectors and branches institutionalize the Secretariat's directives and projects, perfect mechanisms and policies, create a legal basis for foreign affairs activities; continue to advise the Party in implementing foreign relations and state diplomacy ; strengthen leadership, direction and management of people-to-people diplomacy activities. In addition, pay attention to perfecting the staff working in foreign affairs; Closely and smoothly coordinate between Party foreign affairs, state diplomacy and people's diplomacy; periodically evaluate the implementation situation within the assigned scope of responsibilities of localities, agencies and units.
