Comrade Nguyen Hung Vuong hopes that the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization will pay more attention and have preferential and specific mechanisms for ethnic minority areas, mountainous areas, and disadvantaged districts.

He suggested that in the coming time, Tuyen Quang province and Lam Binh district continue to promote the achievements in mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas; replicate typical models and creative ways of doing things; pay attention to vocational training for workers, and improve the quality of human resources for grassroots cadres.
