The delegation visited and presented gifts to encourage the parade and marching training groups of Military School of Military Region 7 and the artillery training force in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

At the places visited, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegates kindly asked about the health, training and practice situation of the officers and soldiers of the parade and marching groups and officers and soldiers of the ceremonial artillery force.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that over the past time, the leaders of the Party, the State and the comrades in the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of the country's major holidays have always paid attention to and monitored the training and practice results of the parade and marching groups and realized that the officers and soldiers always clearly identified their honor and responsibility, overcame many difficulties and hardships, made efforts to train and practice the correct, even, strong, beautiful movements, and the essentials of the artillery force's movements were precise, technically correct, safe, and strictly disciplined.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia hopes that each officer and soldier will continue to promote the achieved results, maintain and improve their health, actively practice, and be determined to excellently complete their tasks; thereby affirming the mettle, symbol, and pride of the Vietnamese people, the will to fight and win, and the fighting strength of the Vietnam People's Army; demonstrating the stature and historical value of the great victory in the Spring of 1975, while also being an opportunity to exchange and create a good impression with international friends.
