From April 4-11, the working delegation of the Provincial Judicial Reform Steering Committee led by Comrade Le Huu Quy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Judicial Reform Steering Committee (CCTP) studied and exchanged experiences in internal affairs, judicial reform, anti-corruption, negativity, handling of petitions, complaints and denunciations in the provinces of Dak Lak, Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh and Ho Chi Minh City.
The delegation included: Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department; Colonel Dinh Cong Thanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Nguyen Xuan Son, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Court; Pham Minh Thuong, Director of the Department of Justice; Bui Minh Tuan, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.

* In Tay Ninh province, receiving and working with the delegation were comrade Pham Hung Thai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Crime Prevention and Control; Nguyen Hong Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and members of the Steering Committee.
During the working sessions, members of the Ninh Binh Provincial Working Group actively exchanged and discussed difficulties, obstacles as well as experiences in performing the tasks of internal affairs, judicial reform, corruption prevention and control, and negativity; some achievements in the judicial reform task, especially the implementation of Resolution No. 49-NQ/TW, dated June 2, 2005 of the Politburo (9th tenure) on the Judicial Reform Strategy to 2020; implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW, dated November 9, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new period; Regulation No. 11-QDi/TW dated February 18, 2019 of the Politburo stipulating the responsibilities of heads of Party committees at all levels in receiving people, having direct dialogue with people and handling people's reflections and recommendations; Directives, resolutions, conclusions of the Central Committee, programs, plans, documents of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee for Judicial Reform on judicial work, judicial reform and related contents.
In particular, we focused on exchanging and sharing experiences on issues arising in the work of CCTP, preventing corruption and negativity today, especially new and difficult issues with many obstacles such as: Public reception, experience in handling issues related to religion; procedures for receiving and handling petitions; results of handling cases; progress of investigation and handling of serious and complicated corruption and economic cases; arrangement of capital sources for investment in facilities and equipment for judicial agencies; conditions for ensuring audio and video recording during the process of handling cases; organization of online court sessions; current situation and solutions to limit and reduce administrative cases; funding for propaganda, dissemination, legal education, and mediation at the grassroots level; activities of legal aid officers when participating in litigation; judicial appraisal activities; regulations on purchasing information to serve the prevention and fight against corruption and negativity, etc.
The good experiences of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee have advised on effectively resolving cases under the supervision and direction of the Central Steering Committee on anti-corruption and negativity; the use of software for handling petitions; the work of perfecting the organizational apparatus, the work of fostering expertise and skills for the team of cadres and civil servants of the Internal Affairs sector; and the work of receiving citizens. The Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee has done a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the local political system and the People to strictly implement the Party and State's regulations on border work, ensuring border security; socio-economic development associated with consolidating and strengthening national defense - security, foreign affairs, protecting national border sovereignty, social order and safety; promoting diplomacy, coordinating with the Cambodian side to handle arising issues...
In the localities where the Ninh Binh delegation came to study and exchange experiences, comrade Le Huu Quy, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Corruption Prevention and Control, respectfully thanked the exchanges and sharing of the provinces and cities on internal affairs, corruption prevention and control, and anti-corruption and negativity. At the same time, he said: Based on the information and experiences shared, the members of the Provincial Steering Committee for Corruption Prevention and Control will study and apply them to better advise the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to effectively lead and direct the implementation of corruption prevention and control, negativity, and anti-corruption in the coming time.
Comrade Le Huu Quy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, also expressed his hope that in the coming time, provinces and cities will increase exchanges, share experiences, and learn from each other to effectively carry out the tasks of CCTP, prevent and combat corruption and negativity, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of localities.
