Closely follow progress, promote disbursement of public investment capital in 2025

The contractor is speeding up the construction progress of the road connecting Tien Tien Industrial Park with Yen Quang Industrial Park (combining the Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road). This is a transitional project, to be completed in 2025.

According to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, investors urgently accelerate the implementation progress of projects using VĐTC in 2025, ensuring the disbursement progress according to the following milestones: By June 30, 2025, disbursement reaches 50% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister . By September 30, 2025, disbursement reaches 70% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister. By January 30, 2026, disbursement reaches over 90% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to closely monitor the progress of disbursement of ODA capital of investors; promptly report weekly and monthly to promptly direct flexible, timely, effective management solutions, close to the practical situation to complete the target of disbursement of ODA capital in 2025.

Along with that, the Provincial People's Committee requested investors to urgently review and promptly propose transferring capital from projects that are unable to fully disburse the assigned plan to projects with better capabilities; send to the Department of Finance for synthesis and report to the Provincial People's Committee.

Regarding the reporting regime, the Provincial People's Committee requires strict implementation of the reporting regime on the disbursement of ODA in 2025. In particular, a detailed disbursement plan for each project must be made and the plan must be strictly followed for each week, month, and quarter. At the same time, a summary report on the implementation status and weekly disbursement results must be sent to the Provincial People's Committee via the Department of Finance (for synthesis) before 10:00 a.m. every Friday.

Previously, the Provincial People's Committee issued a number of documents on focusing on accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital in 2025 from the beginning of the year. The directive documents emphasized: Disbursement of public investment capital is a key and breakthrough task and solution, contributing significantly to promoting economic growth and ensuring the growth target in 2025. Requesting departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities, specialized project management boards of the province and investors to seriously and resolutely implement and take full responsibility before the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
