Abolish some salary regulations from February 15, 2025

The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs has issued a circular on abolishing a number of regulations on wages and labor from February 15.

Circular No. 15/2024/TT-BLDTBXH issued by Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs issued 10 legal documents on labor, salary will be abolished from February 15, 2025.

Specifically, 10 documents related to the field of labor and wages were abolished, including Circular 08/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding Decree No. 46/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor disputes.

Circular 30/2013/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 44/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on labor contracts.

Circular 19/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles of Decree No. 27/2014/ND-CP detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Labor Code on domestic workers.

Circular 27/2014/TT-BLDTBXH guides the State management agency on labor to consult with local organizations representing employees and organizations representing employers in formulating policies and laws on labor and labor relations issues.

Circular 23/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of provisions on wages of Decree No. 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Labor Code.

Circular 29/2015/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of a number of articles on collective bargaining, collective labor agreements and labor dispute settlement prescribed in Decree No. 05/2015/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of contents of the Labor Code.

Circular 35/2016/TT-BLDTBXH guiding the implementation of policies for employees when converting public service units into joint stock companies according to Decision 22/2015/QD-TTg.

Circular 17/2018/TT-BLDTBXH on self-inspection of enterprises' implementation of labor laws.
