According to Dr. Huynh Tan Vu (Day Treatment Unit - University Medical Center of Ho Chi Minh City - Branch 3), peanuts are very rich in nutrients, providing more than 30 essential nutrients and phytonutrients. Peanuts are a good source of niacin, folate, fiber, vitamin E, magnesium, and phosphorus. In particular, peanuts contain resveratrol, a compound with strong antioxidant properties, which increases good HDL cholesterol, promoting a healthy circulatory system, good blood circulation, and a rosy complexion.
Here are some remedies using peanuts.

Cook 30g of peanuts until soft, then mix with 30g of honey. Eating this twice a day will cure the ailment.
Treating a persistent cough that won't go away.

Eat 30g of peanuts every day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Peanuts are rich in nutrients and are used as a medicinal ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine.
Treating high blood pressure and high cholesterol .
Leave the peanuts with their skins on and soak them in vinegar, then seal the jar tightly. After a week, take the soaked peanuts out and eat them, 10 peanuts at a time, twice a day.
Take 125g of peanut shells (which can be crushed), boil them to make a decoction, and drink 10g of the liquid three times a day.
Take 30g each of young peanut leaves and stems, boil them in water, and drink the decoction once a day.

Treatment of stomach and duodenal ulcers
Cook 100g of peanuts with pork or chicken eggs and eat. Alternatively, drink 2 tablespoons of cooked peanut oil in the morning, then eat breakfast half an hour later. Doing this continuously for 1-2 weeks will show results.
Treating hematuria caused by strenuous exercise.
30g each of peanuts, peeled lotus seeds, and lotus seed embryos. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until very tender. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and continue cooking. After a while, eat. Consume once every two days.
Take about 1/2 cup of the outer shell of the bean kernel, roast it until dry, then grind it into a powder. Mix the powder with water and drink 1-2 times a day.
Treating nervous exhaustion and insomnia.
Use 100g of fresh peanut leaves (including stems), or 40g of dried stems and leaves. Place them in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for another 10 minutes. Strain the liquid and divide into two portions to drink in the morning and evening.
Dr. Vu noted that excessive consumption of peanuts can cause diarrhea or dry eyes, mouth, and nose, so it's necessary to consult a traditional Chinese medicine doctor before use. People with a tendency towards loose stools due to cold and dampness stagnation should not consume peanuts alone (they should be combined with other herbs). Additionally, it's important to note that moldy peanuts can easily affect the liver, so careful selection is necessary when consuming them.
