(CLO) According to the latest report of the Ministry of Construction, Bac Ninh province has completed and is implementing 31 social housing projects with a total of 22,000 apartments. Of which, the goal is to complete about 21,000 apartments in the short term, before 2025.
Recently, the Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province has just announced information about the opening of sale of more than 300 apartments in two social housing projects with expected prices from 9.2 million VND/m2. These projects will officially receive registration documents for purchase, rent, and hire-purchase from interested customers.
According to information from the Bac Ninh Department of Construction, two investors have sent documents announcing the opening of social housing projects.

Specifically, the Cao Nguyen 2 Social Housing project of Vietnam CD Group Joint Stock Company (formerly Cao Nguyen Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company) opened for sale from November 20. The project has a scale of more than 6,300 m2, located on Ly Thai To Street, Bac Ninh City, including a 15-storey social housing area with 336 apartments and a 7-storey commercial area.
The Cao Nguyen 2 Social Housing Project has been completed and put into use. This time, the investor will sell 68 apartments with areas ranging from 58 to 70 square meters, with expected selling prices ranging from VND534 million to VND644 million per apartment. However, this price has not yet been appraised and approved by the Department of Construction and only when the official price is available will the sales contract be signed.
Another project is Que Vo Hill View Social Housing Area of Song Hong Real Estate Management Company Limited, which is accepting registration applications until December 1. This project has a scale of 1.5 hectares in Nam Son Ward, Bac Ninh City.
Que Vo Hill View social housing area consists of two buildings T1 and T2 with 328 apartments; including 258 social housing units. The selling price of apartments in this project ranges from 14.4 to 16.3 million VND/m2, equivalent to 648 to 734 million VND for apartments with an area of 45 m2. Previously, in October, the Bac Ninh Department of Construction also announced information about three other social housing projects with a total of nearly 600 apartments. These projects have average selling prices ranging from 7.7 to 11.3 million VND/m2.
