Bac Kan: Implementing the Law on Geology and Minerals

Authorities inspect the implementation of land recovery and land use to carry out projects in Pac Nam.

Accordingly, the province clearly identified the goal of raising awareness, organizing dissemination, propaganda, and in-depth training for officials, civil servants, public employees, and people on the new provisions of the Law. Departments, branches, and localities were assigned specific tasks for synchronous and effective implementation.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is the lead agency, coordinating with relevant units to develop a propaganda plan, review legal documents, advise on geological and mineral management, environmental protection and mining safety. Departments such as Industry and Trade, Finance, Science and Technology, and the Provincial Inspectorate are assigned appropriate tasks according to their functions.

The implementation is required to ensure progress, savings, and efficiency, with funding from the budget and other legal sources./.
