Land prices in Bac Giang province have increased "dizzily", even by the hour. Faced with this situation, a representative of the Department of Construction of Bac Giang province analyzed that land prices have recently "increased sharply" partly due to information about the province's merger. At the same time, real estate brokers, landowners... spread rumors, creating a crowd effect to sell goods, increase prices for profit... Many areas have become unusually bustling, with prices being pushed up too high compared to their real value.
In recent years, Bac Giang province has been among the most dynamic provinces with the fastest economic growth rate in the country, especially in industrial and urban development, attracting a large number of workers from other provinces and foreign experts to work. Therefore, the demand for residential and industrial real estate is increasing.
The activities of buying, selling and transferring apartments and land in housing projects and urban projects with synchronous infrastructure systems, good housing quality and living environment in Bac Giang city, Viet Yen town, Lang Giang district and some projects around industrial parks and clusters attract a large number of buyers.
