The Chief Inspector of Bac Giang province has just issued Decision No. 207/QD-TTr to comprehensively inspect the Bac Giang golf course and resort project in Luc Nam district within 45 days from the date of announcement of the Decision.
The interdisciplinary inspection delegation was led by Mr. Pham Quy Vien, Head of the Citizen Reception and Petition Handling Department, Bac Giang Provincial Inspectorate, and included members from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Police, Provincial Inspectorate, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Construction, and Department of Planning and Investment.

The Bac Giang golf course and resort project was approved for investment in Decision No. 838/QD-TTg dated June 15, 2020. The investor is Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company.
On July 23, 2021, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province issued Decision No. 351/QD-UBND approving local adjustments to the Detailed Planning for the construction of Bac Giang Golf and Resort, Chu Dien commune, Yen Son commune and Kham Lang commune, Luc Nam district (scale 1/500).
In particular, it is necessary to supplement the design of the fire pump station; adjust and change the length of some bridges, water supply and drainage pipes and the total power supply capacity accordingly. Regarding the adjustment content, plan a part of the current landscape green land with an area of about 500m2 into the planning of technical infrastructure land.
According to the Investment Policy Decision, the People's Committee of Bac Giang province is responsible for the information and data reported in the Project dossier, the contents of explanation and acceptance of the Investor and the contents that have been appraised; is fully responsible for the contents related to land allocation, land lease, and permission to change land use purpose for the Investor to implement the Project in accordance with the provisions of law.
At the same time, be responsible for converting 122.4 hectares of production forest into planted forest to implement the Bac Giang golf course and resort project in accordance with the provisions of law before the Investor implements the project.
Truong An Luc Nam Golf Joint Stock Company is responsible before the law for the honesty and accuracy of information, data and content of the Project documents.
During the implementation of the Project, it is necessary to ensure full compliance with the provisions of the law on investment, construction, land, environmental resources, water resources and other relevant legal provisions; ensure sufficient equity and mobilized capital in accordance with the provisions of law to implement the Project according to the committed schedule; be responsible for investment efficiency.
