Specifically, the auction of land use rights in Ngoc Chau, Ngoc Thien, Ngoc Van, Quang Trung communes chaired by Dai Duong Group Joint Stock Auction Company (Bac Giang city) had more than 150 customers participating, with nearly 600 applications registering to auction the right to use 105 land lots. Each lot has an area of 94 to more than 158 m2.

As a result, the Company successfully auctioned 93 lots with a winning price of over VND 126 billion, an increase of over VND 46 billion compared to the starting price. The lot with the highest bid was over VND 2.25 billion, an increase of over VND 740 million compared to the starting price. The lowest winning lot was over VND 721 million, an increase of over VND 1.6 million compared to the starting price.
The remaining lots were unsuccessfully auctioned because 5 lots had no bidders and 7 lots had only one bidder, so the auction regulations were not guaranteed.

It is known that from now until June, Tan Yen district will organize a number of more land use rights auctions. Along with Tan Yen, other localities in the province will also have auctions in 2025, contributing to increasing supply for the real estate market.
