According to the Department of Planning and Investment of Bac Giang province, the total state budget capital plan managed by Bac Giang province as of October 31 is more than 10,440 billion VND, of which the capital allocated this year is more than 9,900 billion VND; the capital extended to 2024 is over 545 billion VND.

The project to support production in ethnic minority areas is currently approving documents. It is expected that by the end of the year, the Bac Giang Provincial Ethnic Committee will complete 95% or more of the disbursement of public investment capital.

Therefore, one of the key tasks until the end of the year is for functional agencies to focus on removing difficulties to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital and capital for national target programs to ensure compliance with the set plan. Agencies and units review projects and programs that are not capable of disbursement to adjust capital plans to projects that require capital.
