This decision states that Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Company Limited is located at Lot B4-A, Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park (Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province) with Mr. Nguyen Van Than as the legal representative and also the General Director of the company.

In the past, Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Company Limited committed an administrative violation: Not having an environmental license according to the regulations under the licensing authority of the Provincial People's Committee. Specifically, the "Precision mechanical processing factory" of Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Company Limited (location: part of Lot B4, Song Khe - Noi Hoang Industrial Park, Bac Giang City, Bac Giang Province) is subject to having an environmental license.

However, up to now, the “Precision Mechanical Processing Factory” facility does not have an environmental license as prescribed. Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Company Limited is subject to the following penalties and remedial measures:

The main penalty is a fine of 320 million VND. The additional penalty is to suspend the operation of the waste source without an environmental license of the Precision Mechanical Processing Factory for a period of 4.5 months (135 days) to correct the violation according to regulations.

Remedial measures: Do not apply the measure of forcing the relocation of the "Precision Mechanical Processing Factory" of Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Company Limited to a location suitable for the planning, environmental zoning, and environmental load-bearing capacity approved by competent authorities.

Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. must strictly comply with this Penalty Decision. Assign Mr. Nguyen Van Than, the legal representative of the penalized organization named in Article 1 of this Decision, to comply. Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. must pay the fine within 10 days from the date of receipt of this Penalty Decision. If after the deadline Thien Dong Plating Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. does not voluntarily comply, it will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
