Ba Ria - Vung Tau will perform giant hot air balloon on April 30th

Accordingly, the series of events will take place over 3 days, from May 1 to 3. The two main locations are Vung Tau City at Lam Son Stadium and Ho Tram Sea Square, Xuyen Moc District.

Giant hot air balloon attracts many people to check in at Ba Ria-Vung Tau Tourism Week 2024.

At Ho Tram Sea Square, there will be a hot air balloon performance combined with beer and music on May 2 and 3.

It is expected that there will be about 10 level 1 hot air balloons (6-7m in diameter) fixed on the ground for visitors to check-in; 10 other level 1 hot air balloons will hover (in favorable weather).

Notably, there will be 2 level 7 hot air balloons (17-18m in diameter) flying at an altitude of 30-50m, serving guests to experience. At the same time, on the 2nd and 3rd of May, Ho Tram Square will host a music space with 2 themes "Green Tourism" and "Sea Tourism" with many singers and DJs performing vibrantly and passionately along with a beer buffet space.

The above event was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Xuyen Moc district to organize.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committee of Vung Tau City to organize the V-Fest Allstar Music Festival, scheduled to take place at Lam Son Stadium on the evening of May 1.

The music event will gather Vietnam's top music stars, combine interactions with the audience, promote the tourism image of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province... on a magnificent 360-degree stage with modern sound, light, and effects. Within the framework of the event, there will be a beer space, a check-in space, and activities to interact with artists.

Ba Ria-Vung Tau aims to strongly promote the image of dynamic, friendly and attractive tourism to visitors. Through the event, it attracts about 50,000 participants, increases tourism revenue, stimulates spending on services, and contributes to local economic growth.

It is known that at the same time, from May 1-3, in Vung Tau City, the 2025 national kite art festival with the theme "Thanh am phong sac - Vu khuc cua phong" will take place, with performances by hundreds of kite artists from all over the country.
