In the exhibition space of the Vietnam Fine Arts Museum, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly received and introduced to Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva many works of art, reflecting the cultural identity and historical depth of the Vietnamese people; typically 9 national treasures of Vietnam.

These are the statue of Bodhisattva Guanyin (16th century), the paintings: Two young women and a baby (famous painter To Ngoc Van, 1944), Em Thuy (famous painter Tran Van Can, 1943), traditional lacquer works and modern paintings bearing strong national imprints.

Affirming that culture is a solid foundation for friendly relations between countries, Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly said that choosing the Vietnam Museum of Fine Arts to introduce to Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva shows Vietnam's respect and preservation of cultural heritage and the desire to share cultural and artistic values with international friends, including Azerbaijan.

Appreciating the contributions of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to the relationship between the two countries, Madam Ngo Phuong Ly emphasized that Vietnam is currently promoting the implementation of social security policies and human resource development;

Vietnam wishes to promote cooperation with Azerbaijan through cooperation projects in culture, education, tourism, environment as well as charity activities towards women and children.

Ms. Leyla Aliyeva, Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, sincerely thanked Mrs. Ngo Phuong Ly for her warm welcome in a cultural space rich in Vietnamese identity.

Expressing her deep impression of the beauty of Vietnamese art, Ms. Leyla Aliyeva said that Azerbaijan is a country with a rich culture of painting, architecture, cuisine, and music, and hopes that Vietnamese people will have the opportunity to explore the unique culture of Azerbaijan.

Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation affirmed that the Foundation always focuses on promoting heritage conservation projects, considering this an important bridge to foster friendship between the two countries, promote cooperation between social organizations and humanitarian funds of the two countries, contributing to strengthening friendship and expanding multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Azerbaijan.
