According to information from HoSE, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam has registered to sell all 174.13 million shares she owns, equivalent to 4.95% of the capital, due to personal needs.
The transaction is expected to be executed through order matching on the exchange and by agreement, between November 28 and December 21, 2023.
Conversely, on the same day that Ms. Tam intended to sell her TCB shares, three individuals registered to buy a total of over 174 million shares.
Specifically, Ms. Ho Minh Anh registered to purchase nearly 72.1 million shares, equivalent to 2.0488% of the capital in Techcombank . Prior to this transaction, Ms. Minh Anh did not hold any TCB shares.
Mr. Ho Anh Minh has registered to purchase 34.4 million shares, equivalent to 4.9% of Techcombank's capital. Prior to the transaction, Mr. Minh held 137.9 million TCB shares, corresponding to an ownership stake of 3.9223%.

Ms. Ho Thuy Anh has registered to purchase 67.7 million shares. Prior to the transaction, Ms. Thuy Anh held 104.7 million shares, equivalent to 2.9756% of Techcombank's capital. After the transaction, Ms. Thuy Anh is expected to own 172.3 million shares, equivalent to 4.9% of the bank's capital.
All three transactions were carried out for personal reasons and were expected to take place between November 28th and December 21st, through order matching on the exchange and negotiated transactions.
Thus, after these transactions, these three individuals are expected to hold a total of 416.8 million TCB shares, equivalent to an ownership stake of 11.849% in Techcombank.
Based on the share price at the time of the transaction on November 22nd, which was 30,950 VND per share, the estimated value of shares bought and sold is approximately 5,400 billion VND .
