Aqua City received 1,100 billion VND from MB Bank to complete construction

MB Bank commits to disbursing a financial package of up to VND 1,100 billion to Aqua City Company Limited and direct contractors, ensuring synchronous implementation of the project.

On September 10, 2024, Novaland, the Military Bank (MB) and contractor partners signed a cooperation agreement to start construction and complete the technical infrastructure of phase 2 of the Ever Green 2 subdivision and continue to complete the construction of low-rise housing projects of the Aqua City Urban Area project.

According to the signed agreement, MB committed to disbursing a financial package of up to VND 1,100 billion to Aqua City Company Limited and direct contractors, ensuring synchronous implementation of the project.

Representatives of Novaland, MB and contractor partners Tesla, GMC signed a cooperation agreement to complete the Aqua City urban project.

The contractors also committed to coordinate with all parties to ensure construction progress and quality, aiming to accompany the Investor in completing infrastructure, continuing to hand over houses, putting utilities into operation, and serving residents.

Immediately after the signing ceremony, on the same day, the investor and contractor Tesla also held a groundbreaking ceremony to complete the technical infrastructure of phase 2 of the Ever Green 2 subdivision.

Providing more information about the progress of legal issues at the project, a representative of Novaland Group said that it is expected that by the end of September 2024, the project will complete the approval of the Project to locally adjust the general planning of Bien Hoa City in Subdivision C4.

After completing the local adjustment of the general planning of Bien Hoa City, we will move on to the process of synchronizing the 1/5,000 zoning planning and 1/500 detailed planning levels.

Investor and contractor Tesla officially started construction to complete the technical infrastructure of phase 2 of Ever Green 2 subdivision.

Currently, Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee has agreed to allow the investor of Aqua City project to conduct research to prepare a detailed planning adjustment dossier of 1/500 in parallel with the approval of the project to adjust the planning of C4 subdivision of Bien Hoa City.

At the same time, the competent authority also creates conditions for investors to continue to invest in construction and sales of construction items in accordance with the planning.

Up to now, Aqua City has completed thousands of housing products, handing over more than 500 quality products to customers. In parallel, the project is simultaneously implementing the completion of many subdivisions...

It is expected that from now until the end of the year, Aqua City will hand over about 900 townhouses, villas, shophouses and put into operation sports, shopping, culinary, and health care facilities to serve residents.
