Speaking at the program, musician Duc Trinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association - emphasized that of the 12 intangible cultural heritages of humanity of Vietnam honored by UNESCO, there are 9 heritages related to music. This is the pride of the whole nation and especially of those working in the country's music industry.
According to the Chairman of the Vietnam Musicians Association, right from the first steps, revolutionary music with its heroic sounds became a sharp weapon in the resistance wars to defend the country.
Born in the midst of difficult years, the Vietnam Musicians Association has added strength to Vietnamese revolutionary music to fan the flames of tradition, arouse patriotism, love for people, love for nature, love for life, and contribute significantly to the victory of the struggle against foreign invaders, to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.
On that glorious journey, generations of musicians and artists truly transformed themselves into fighting and working lives, creating many musical works imbued with the national soul and breath of the times.
