[Photo] “Children's Parliament” questions school violence and the harmful effects of tobacco

NDO - On the morning of September 29, at Dien Hong Hall, National Assembly building, the question and answer session at the second mock session of "Children's National Assembly" in 2024 took place enthusiastically with the participation of 306 delegates who are outstanding team members and children from all over the country.

The second mock session of the 2024 “Children’s Parliament” will take place over 1.5 days, starting on the morning of September 28 and ending on the morning of September 29. The opening ceremony will take place on the morning of September 28.

In the afternoon of the same day, the “Children’s National Assembly” held discussions in 12 groups. On the morning of September 29, child delegates will participate in a question and answer session, focusing on two important topics: “Prevention and control of school violence” and “Prevention and control of the harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in the school environment”; continuing to implement activities to promote children’s right to participate in children’s issues.

This is the second year that the "Children's National Assembly" mock session has been chaired by the Central Youth Union, coordinated by the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education, and the National Assembly Office, following the success of the first "Children's National Assembly" mock session in 2023.
