Affected by storm No. 6 - Tra Mi, in Quang Nam, 2 people were injured and 13 houses had their roofs blown off, many dangerous landslides appeared.
On the afternoon of October 27, the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of Quang Nam province had a quick report on the initial damage caused by storm No. 6 - Tra Mi. In Quang Nam, 2 people were injured and 13 houses had their roofs blown off.

Accordingly, in Quang Nam, two people were injured, Nguyen Tan Tri (born in 1987, Binh Minh commune, Thang Binh district) and Mr. Nguyen Van Minh (born in 1989, Ha My village, Duy Vinh commune, Duy Xuyen district) who fell while securing their house and are currently being treated at the hospital.
Regarding housing, 6 houses had their roofs partially blown off, including 1 house in Nal village, Lang commune; 5 houses in Arooi village, Gari commune, Tay Giang district. The shock force promptly helped people to overcome the situation and 7 houses had their roofs blown off in Phuoc Son, including 4 houses in Phuoc Thanh commune and 3 houses in Phuoc Hoa.

In the medical field, there has been an unusual subsidence and cracking of the floor and walls at the Tay Giang District Medical Center with a technical service area for surgery - testing - diagnostic imaging with an area of about 300m2. The Tay Giang District People's Committee has proactively planned a temporary relocation to ensure the safety of cadres, civil servants, workers, patients and specialized equipment and machinery.
In addition, in the mountainous district of Phuoc Son, storm No. 6 also caused landslides and fallen trees on some roads, affecting traffic. The People's Committee of Phuoc Son district has directed functional units and localities to temporarily repair the damage, and at the same time put up warning signs and advised people to limit unnecessary trips on the road during the storm.

For the crack in the hill behind Na No residential area, Gia Cao village, Phuoc Gia commune, Hiep Duc district, the depth is about 1m, the length of the crack is about 30m in an arc shape with a radius of 10m; the estimated volume of land at risk of landslide is over 100m3.
Currently, all 30 households/156 people in Na No residential area, Gia Cao village have been evacuated to KpaKơlông Primary School; fully prepared food and necessary necessities for people to eat, stay and live.
