Although the roads are still difficult, officers and soldiers of Van Lang District Police still go to villages and hamlets day and night to carry out procedures to issue ID cards and electronic identification accounts for people.

There are roads that cannot be traveled by car, so Van Lang District Police walk to each house and meet each resident to carry out procedures.
