Passing 08 evaluation criteria, General Director of Amway Vietnam, Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu was voted into the Top 5 Outstanding Leaders of Asia - Pacific 2023. In addition to the basic criteria of being a senior leader and directly participating in managing a business with widespread market operations in the region, the award also considers many factors of individual contributions to the country and internationally.
Mr. Huynh Thien Trieu has been with Amway for 15 years since the company's early days in Vietnam, holding many key positions in the organization before taking on the role of "locomotive" of Amway Vietnam since December 2019.
Over the next 3 years, he led a team of more than 350 employees and 300,000 distributors to bring Amway Vietnam into the Top 10 countries with the highest global revenue of Amway Group, with revenue reaching VND 2,399 billion in 2022 (15% growth compared to 2021).
He was not only recognized as the Outstanding Vietnamese - ASEAN Entrepreneur 2020 by the Vietnam - ASEAN Economic Cooperation Development Association, but also received a Certificate of Merit 2023 from the Central Executive Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for his active contribution to the Red Sunday blood donation program.
Under his leadership, Amway Vietnam also received 02 certificates of merit from the Ministry of Health, 07 Golden Dragon awards for digital transformation, 03 Best Workplaces in Asia awards, Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises and more than 60 prestigious awards.
