Aji-mayo low-fat mayonnaise is the result of Ajinomoto Vietnam's continuous research and listening to consumer opinions to improve suitable products. Passionate community projects

Persistent with the purpose of existence to contribute to the health and happiness of Vietnamese people, Ajinomoto Vietnam constantly promotes valuable initiatives in the fields of nutrition, health, environment...

Deployed nationwide since 2017, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training and the National Institute of Nutrition (Ministry of Health), the School Meals project is being implemented in more than 4,300 primary boarding schools nationwide, providing nutritious meals to more than 2.2 million students. The project not only contributes to improving school health but also educates students about nutrition and food, helping them form healthy eating habits.

With the desire to have more and more primary schools and students benefit from the project, from the end of 2023, the project will expand to primary schools providing lunch for students through catering units and new boarding schools.

Contributing to the health and nutrition of mothers and children, Ajinomoto Vietnam is implementing the Maternal and Child Nutrition Program in collaboration with the Department of Maternal and Child Health and the National Institute of Nutrition (Ministry of Health). The program is being applied by more than 18,000 health workers and more than 1.3 million mothers nationwide.

Aiming to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable agriculture, Ajinomoto Vietnam is implementing the Sustainable Cassava Project. Ajinomoto Vietnam representative said: “Thanks to the application of advanced farming methods, cassava productivity has nearly doubled, significantly improving farmers’ lives and minimizing environmental impact by reducing CO2 emissions.”
