The event took place on January 17 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hanoi, with the signing representatives including: Mr. Nguyen Minh Nhat - Vice President, General Director of Alphanam Group, General Director of Muong Hoa Cultural Park Investment Joint Stock Company; Mr. Le Van Xuat - Director of Agribank Transaction Office Branch.

At this time, Lao Cai has emerged as an important development pole, supported by many large infrastructure projects such as the expressway project connecting Hai Phong, Hanoi and Lao Cai, which has been launched and is scheduled to be put into operation before 2030. This is an international project because it connects Vietnam with China through the border gate, and also connects Vietnam with the world through the high-speed railway. Another expected project is Sa Pa airport. The Prime Minister has approved the Sa Pa airport project with a total investment of 7,000 billion VND, expected to complete phase 1 in 2028. This is a very important driving force for the tourism industry to take off.

In 2023, the Prime Minister approved the expansion of the highway from Yen Bai to Lao Cai to four lanes, significantly shortening the distance from Hanoi to Sa Pa. In addition, a tunnel connecting Sa Pa with Lai Chau and Dien Bien is also being considered. All of this creates opportunities and motivation for Alphanam and its partners to invest in international projects in Sa Pa.
