This is a garden land, sold by Agribank in its original condition and in the form of selling as is. The bank offers a starting price of over 24.3 billion VND for these 8 plots of land.
At the same time, this branch also offers for sale 5,000m2 of rice fields in Phuoc Loc commune, Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City. The starting price is 7 billion VND.
In addition, Agribank Saigon Center also auctioned 12 garden land use rights in Hoa Phu Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. These plots of land have a total area of 12,523m2, and are offered by Agribank with a starting price of VND92.8 billion.
In addition, this branch also offers to sell 7,000 square meters of land for rice cultivation and perennial crops in Phuoc Loc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City. The starting price is 14 billion VND.
In Nhon Duc commune, Agribank Saigon Center Branch is selling 3 plots of land for rice cultivation with a total area of nearly 3,288 square meters, with a starting price of 6.4 billion VND.
Previously, Agribank also put up for sale many large plots of land to settle debts. Recently, Agribank Nha Be Branch announced the auction of the right to use a commercial and service land lot of 1,052 square meters at 38 Duong Duc Hien Street, Tay Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City.

Agribank Asset Management and Exploitation Company (Agribank AMC) has just announced the sale of a 5,500 m2 land lot, including 4,800 m2 of urban residential land and 700.9 m2 of perennial land in Cam Ranh City, Khanh Hoa Province. The starting price is over VND86.1 billion.
This is the collateral for the loan of Loc Phan Trading and Service Company Limited at Agribank Tan Binh Branch according to the Mortgage Contract signed between Agribank Tan Binh Branch (Mortgagee), Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan (Mortgagee) and Loc Phan Trading and Service Company Limited (Borrower).

During this period, Agribank was one of the most active banks, posting about 70 notices of auctioning debts and mortgaged assets on the Agribank website.
The assets put up for auction are mainly real estate. Notably, in addition to debts with large values ranging from several hundred billion to thousands of billions of VND, banks also sell unsecured consumer loans with values ranging from only a few tens of thousands of VND.
