According to Agribank leaders: In order to continue to strengthen support for customers to update biometric information and expired identification documents to meet the regulations of the State Bank related to ensuring security and safety in online payments, while facilitating customers in making financial transactions, transferring and withdrawing money at ATMs. Accordingly, from December 2, 2024 to January 13, 2025, Agribank announces transaction hours outside of business hours to serve customers to update biometric information and identification documents. Specifically, from Monday to Friday: Transaction opening hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Weekend: opening hours from 8:00 to 17:30. Customers can view and search the list of Agribank transaction points at: https://www.agribank.com.vn/vn/atm-chi-nhanh Customers can go to all Agribank transaction points to get instructions, support, and update biometric information and identification documents. (Customers need to bring a valid ID card/citizen identification card with chip when coming to make a transaction). Customers who have successfully updated biometric information before do not need to update again (except in the case of changing identification documents). Agribank representative said: Only update customer information, update biometrics on the Agribank Plus application, Agribank Retail eBanking and support customers at Agribank transaction points nationwide.
