Specifically: by December 31, 2023, mobilized capital increased by VND 879 billion compared to the beginning of the year, a growth rate of 4.7%, after swapping with outstanding debt reaching the plan assigned by the head office, accounting for 34.4% of the total mobilized capital of commercial banks in the area; outstanding loans increased by VND 1,738 billion compared to the beginning of the year, a growth rate of 6.9%, reaching 152.2% of the plan, accounting for 31.4% of the total outstanding loans in Binh Thuan; Bad debt ratio within the limit assigned by the head office; service fee revenue reached 103.9 billion VND, an increase of 6.5 billion compared to the previous year, an increase of 6.7%, reaching 98.8% of the assigned plan, average service revenue reached 229 million VND/staff, an increase of 6 million VND/person compared to 2022.

The Board of Directors has coordinated with the grassroots Trade Union to guide and direct the affiliated type II branches to organize the implementation of democratic regulations at the grassroots level so that employees can grasp the policies and apply them in the work process.

The conference also approved a number of key business targets for 2024, such as: Domestic capital sources increase by at least 10% compared to 2023, of which residential deposits account for over 96%; outstanding loans increase by a maximum of 7% compared to 2023; bad debt ratio is below 1%; provisions are made according to regulations; service revenue increases by at least 6% compared to 2023; the difference between revenue and expenditure excluding salary after provisions increases by at least 6% compared to the previous year; the branch achieves the title of excellent labor collective. From the above business targets, after discussion, the Conference proposed 9 groups of solutions to be able to complete the plan.

At the conference, Mr. Ngo Tan Phuc - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Agribank Binh Thuan Trade Union - launched the 2024 emulation campaign in the branch for employees to strive and overcome difficult times with the branch.
